We have two offices to for lease at our private practice, Green Coast Counseling. We are two therapists that our committed to our work and clients looking for professionals to bring their energy and passion to share our space. If you are looking to start or move your practice and need a turn key space with everything taken care of, look no further! We welcome many professions including individual, couple, and family therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and nutritionists.

Our offices are located minutes from I5 and Seatac International Airport. Angle Lake Park is located next door so you can get fresh air while walking along the lakeside or meet with clients for nature-based/walk and talk therapy. There is access to the terrace overlooking the lake and surrounding tree line. Ample free parking is included and the building is ADA compliant. 

Our space is designed with a heavy mid-century influence and Northwest color palette and is a far cry from the "clinical" vibes you commonly find in other offices. It is relaxed and welcoming with a friendly atmosphere. All offices are unfurnished so you can make the space your own. Should you want the office furnished, we would be happy to provide that for you for an additional monthly fee. Offices include private door locks, white noise machine, and other soundproofing.

Our well appointed lobby will help your clients feel at ease. There is a coffee and beverage station as well as snacks available for tenants and clients. Access to our kitchen/breakroom is included. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, kettle, as well as plates, cups, and utensils. Group therapy/conference room is available to schedule included with your lease. 

Digital signage in our lobby for announcements and updates about your practice is provided. Door signage with your name, title, and business name is included with a 12-month lease. High speed internet, use of our printer, and all utilities included.

Your office is private (not a shared office lease) and available for you to use at the times that are right for you, including evenings and weekends.
