The rooms are rented by the day, in that if you rented Saturday, that would be your room every Saturday.  The rent is $50/day, so it would be $200/month.  However, I am offering a 50% discount for 3-months upon signing a 6-month lease.  So $25/day, $100/month for the first 3-months for one day.  After the 6-month lease it would return to month-to-month, or you could sign another 6-month lease if you prefer, but the discount is only for the initial signing. 

Utilities are included including wi-fi for telehealth.

Hours of use of rooms are from 6am-8:30pm.  Last client must finish by 8pm and you can do your charts and finish up and leave by 8:30pm.
