Over the last twelve years, I have worked in a youth and family agency setting and then later in group private practice. Through those experiences, I became a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) through the state of Washington and earned my certification as a sex addiction therapist (CSAT).  Most recently, I have been working toward my certification as a sex therapist while also completing Level 1 of the Lifespan Integration training. As part of my practice, I also lead treatment groups for those struggling with sexual compulsivity. While I have had experience working with children, adolescents, and families in the past, my current practice focuses on both individuals and couples work. 

As a supervisor, my approach with associates is to help them continue to cultivate their identity as therapists and how to integrate that well into their work with clients. I offer knowledge and insights from a number of systemic approaches and have clinical experience in treating individuals from all age groups. With being trained in both sex therapy and sexual addiction approaches, I offer a well rounded view on many issues related to sexuality. I also utilize EFT and Gottman approaches in my couples work and integrate these concepts into supervision.
