I have an extensive background in working with supervisees and mentees addressing a variety of clinical issues with particular specialties in working with individuals, children, and families in LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities, marginalized and underserved communities, and those who have experienced trauma.  In addition to supervision and mentorship, I offer consultation and training to individuals and groups/organizations on a variety of topics including cultural competency, change management, and trauma-informed care.  I also offer executive coaching and enjoy helping leaders make shifts in their thinking and strategy to define and achieve their goals.  I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and a Washington State Approved Supervisor.

I love to work with supervisees and mentees (supervision of supervision) as we grow, laugh, and learn together. The process of deepening knowledge, experience, and wisdom can be rewarding for both the supervisor and supervisee. I approach supervision/mentorship from a structural supervision perspective as I believe we all thrive with the right balance of structure and support.
