Office Description:
This is a 2 office suite in the beautiful district of Stadium located in The Healing House. I am currently leasing it out and practicing in one of the offices. You would have your own private office with ample parking space. This office comes with a small waiting area, access to a small kitchen area, private bathroom, a secure entry, WIFI, access to mailbox and access to monthly therapist consultations (if you are a mental health therapist).
I am renting out the one of the offices to two practioners for $500.00 (3 1/2 days a week) for the month or $950 (7 days a week). It's a very nice space and area. I will include furniture if rented out part time.
Possible Split for part time:
Monday-Wednesday (Split Sundays)
Thursday-Saturday (Split Sundays)
