Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA)

I provide online counseling sessions using Simple Practice. Telephone sessions also available.

My practice supports individuals seeking greater self-awareness, healing, and alignment in their lives. I provide compassionate care for those navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, and identity exploration. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or processing significant life transitions. I work collaboratively to help untangle limiting beliefs and emotional burdens rooted in past experiences. Through this process clients often discover new ways to navigate uncertainty, strengthen their sense of self, and reconnect with what matters most to them. My goal is to create a nurturing space where all parts of you are welcome from the ones that feel lost or overwhelmed to those seeking growth, meaning, and joy. Together we can explore your story with curiosity and courage, allowing for greater resilience, authenticity, and well-being.

I specialize in supporting clients through trauma recovery, grief processing, and identity exploration. Over the past 2 years, I’ve witnessed powerful transformations as clients reclaim their voices and navigate life with renewed clarity and confidence. My training is based in existential therapy, while also including cognitive, behavioral and experiential approaches, providing a holistic foundation for our work. I bring deep curiosity and presence to each session, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs. By exploring patterns, beliefs, and emotions in a supportive space, clients often find relief from emotional distress, cultivate self-compassion, and build lasting resilience.

In addition to individual therapy, I work with couples seeking deeper understanding and connection. My integrative approach blends emotional exploration with practical tools to foster growth. Whether addressing relational challenges, identity questions, or life transitions, I’m committed to creating a space where you can feel seen, valued, and supported.

Description of Fluency:

I'm a CODA (Child Of a Deaf Adult), I was raised with ASL as my first language. I use ASL as a native signer so I am not certified as an interpreter and I have not received formal education in ASL. I was raised in touch with the Deaf community so I have communicated with various ASL styles and awareness of d/Deaf issues from lived experience.
