Before receiving any supervision, please ensure you discuss all ethical and legal requirements with your supervisor and receive the appropriate Department of Health Attestation Form, duly signed and dated.
Please Note: If you are a graduate student in need of supervision but there is no supervisor listed here for your county, do not despair. It doesn't mean there is not a supervisor for you, it just means that the supervisors in your county are not aware of the wonderful business opportunity they have, to list their supervision skills on Counseling Washington. We can't guarantee success for you, but If you Contact Us, we will help recruit a supervisor in your county to help you get the counseling hours you need for full licensure in Washington State.
