About me
I'm so glad that you are here! You've done a courageous thing taking this monumental step in your healing journey. I bring a down-to-earth, approachable presence to therapy and place the utmost importance on fostering a warm and friendly, yet professional relationship with my clients. Developing a strong therapeutic alliance is the foundation that will support you as we explore pathways towards your healing, develop adaptive coping skills, improve emotional regulation and ultimately, you experiencing a more fulfilling life.
Professionally, I have 19-years of experience working with clients presenting with various treatment needs, such as past and current trauma, anxiety, depression, family and relational issues and life stressors. I currently hold clinical licensure in the states of Georgia, Illinois and Washington. Since there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy, I incorporate various evidence based treatment modalities, techniques and skills that may best meet the needs of individual clients. I am deeply passionate about walking alongside you, as your guide, on this very important journey.
