I have been working as a marriage and family therapist for about 10 years. I have worked with challenges that include, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and self-esteem building. In my private practice, I use an integrative approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and Solution Focused Therapy. All my interventions and treatment approaches are based on client communication and interaction. This year is being very complex and challenging for pretty much everyone and I am glad to have decided to start this path and I got luck having Patricia as counselor. She is helping me on making some clarity regarding what I really want and what is the best for me right now. It’s a moment of deep losses and loneliness but also a moment where I could achieve results I wasn’t expecting on the professional side, so this emotional roller coaster is not easy to ride, but with the support I’m receiving from Patricia I am feeling better.
